Trio Colombine

Trio Colombine brings together three Zurich-based musicians:
Fanny Chellé (clarinet), Sarah Erlanger (cello), and Elizaveta Parfentyeva (piano) - united by a shared passion for chamber music, musical dialogue, and artistic discovery.

The trio explores a wide-ranging repertoire, from the classical and romantic traditions to music of the 20th and 21st centuries. Their programmes bring together composers such as Beethoven, Louise Farrenc, Clara Schumann, and Rita Strohl, alongside other well-known and lesser-known voices.

A curiosity for rarely performed repertoire, including women composers, is an important part of their artistic approach, without defining it exclusively.

Through the contrasting colours of clarinet, cello, and piano, the Trio Colombine creates programmes shaped by lyricism, energy, intimacy, and contrast. At the heart of their work is the joy of playing together and bringing different musical worlds into dialogue.
